Witt Men’s Lacrosse Picks Up 25-2 NCAC Victory Over Hiram
HIRAM, OH – Fourteen different players scored in Wittenberg's big win over host Hiram in men's lacrosse action on Tuesday, April 15, at Charles A. Henry Field at Malmisur Stadium.
The Tigers struck for 25 goals on the night to coast to a 25-2 victory in a North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) matchup. Wittenberg, which improves to 4-7 overall and 1-4 NCAC, scored three in the first then put 11 on the board in the second to take a 14-0 lead after two were in the books. The Tigers added 11 more in the third and fourth quarters, scoring five in the third and six in the fourth to secure the win.
Hiram, which has lost six in a row, drops to 3-11 overall and 0-5 in the NCAC.
Dillon McKeigue (Olmstead Township, OH / St. Edward) turned in a stellar match, scoring six goals on the night to lead the team. He had 17 total shots, 11 on goal.

- Nicholas Langenderfer (Montgomery, OH / St. Xavier) tallied three goals on the night.
- Nathan Brown (Dublin, OH / Coffman), Andrew Owen (Springfield, OH / Springfield), Henry Mehlberg (South Bend, IN / Marian), and Mikey Clark (Hilliard, OH / Davidson) each scored two goals for the Tigers.
- Blake Roller (New Albany, OH / St. Charles), Brad Ramsey (Lewis Center, OH / Olentangy), Charlie Boucuvalas (Oakwood, OH / Oakwood), Ty Harris (Cincinnati, OH / Sycamore), Ethan Pac (Greenwood, IN / Cathedral), Charlie Frederick (Chagrin Falls, OH / Chagrin Falls), Tyler Bast (Noblesville, OH / Hamilton Southeastern), and Aidan Kruse (Loveland, OH / Loveland) scored Wittenberg's other goals.
- Brown, Roller, and Pac each had three assists.
- Quentin Rudolph (Grand Rapids, MI / Forest Hills Central) and Colten Simkins (Liberty Township, OH / Lakota East) led the team in ground balls with seven each, while Tripp Salowich (Plymouth, MI / Canton) added five.
- Wittenberg goalies registered nine saves on the night with Griffin Howell (Whitestown, IN / Zionsville Community) leading the way with seven.
